I am facing a peculiar issue with catalina and facetime.
When I try to make a factime call, the other speaker can see my video and hear my audio just fine.

I can hear the audio of what they are speaking but the video is frozen to the frame when they answer the call. It is stuck as such and I cannot see their video resuming to normal.
I have tried resetting the SMC and rebooting the system. But no change in behavior.
